1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Access Logs:IP addresses, HTTP request info, access timestamps, referrer pages, browser type, and operating system
- Device Identifiers:Device type and client unique identifier (SSAID) generated by us, used for security verification and anomaly detection
- Service Usage Data:Login times, feature usage frequency, console operation logs, bandwidth and resource consumption statistics
- Cookies and Local Storage:Used to maintain session state, store language preferences, and improve user experience (see Section 6)
2How We Use Information
The information we collect will be used for the following purposes, all of which are necessary for providing the Services or within our legitimate interests:

- Opt out of marketing:You may opt out of marketing notifications at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails; service notifications (such as billing reminders) cannot be unsubscribed
- Withdraw consent:If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal
While your account is still active, some deletion requests may not be immediately fulfilled to ensure we can continue providing the service and fulfilling legal obligations.
8Minors
This service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information without authorization, please contact us immediately via a support ticket and we will delete it as soon as possible.
9Cross-border Data Transfers
MacLogin operates data centers in Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and the United States. Your information may be stored or processed on servers outside your country or region. Data protection legal requirements may vary across different countries and regions.
We ensure cross-border transferred data receives adequate protection through: data processing agreements with data recipients, industry-standard security measures, and compliance with applicable data transfer requirements.

11Policy Updates
